When PJM requests Reactive Reserve Check (RRC), Instantaneous Reserve Check (IRC) and Minimum Generation (MinGen) information from your company, it is vital that you provide it in a timely manner as soon as the request is received.  These reports play a critical role in emergency management at PJM and can’t be delayed.  We request feedback be given within 10 minutes of PJM request.
