What is the difference between the _MTX case and the _NonMTX case?

These cases, posted on the PJM website, are the two input cases used for the Gendeliv study. The _MTX case is utilized by TARA for screening purposes to determine the flowgates to test which, when run in TARA Gendeliv, will produce the fgt (flowgates) file. These identified flowgates have the Generator Deliverability test run on the _NonMTX case. This case is used to produce the load flow results of the generation queue projects. Both case files are required for running TARA Gendeliv.
