Question:

I received a DocuSign link to sign an agreement, but I am not the correct signer. How do I designate someone else?



Answer:

Click the DocuSign link to open the document. Under “Other Actions,” click the “Assign to Someone Else” option. You’ll be prompted to enter the name and email address of a new signer. DocuSign will send a new signing invitation email to that new signer and notify the sender. Please note that forwarding the email itself will not work.
