If I’ve requested to withdraw my queue project, when will I receive a refund of my deposit?

Regardless of the date you withdraw, you will be refunded the refundable portion of your deposit minus any time PJM or the transmission owner has charged to the project. This could be time for reviewing your project submission, kickoff calls, modeling, studying, etc. If you had a kickoff call for the project, PJM has to wait 90 days to allow time for the transmission owner to submit all of the charges for their time on the project before issuing your refund. You should receive communication from our admins when your refund is issued.
