Question:

I’m trying to attach my required documents in Queue Point, but they are being rejected because the files are too large. What should I do?

Answer:

Try putting your documents into a zip folder and attaching the zip folder instead. If that does not work, you can send your files through our secure file-share system called Secure Share. When asked to enter a recipient, enter your project manager’s email address. Please do not send your files via email, as they may be blocked by our email security rules.
