Question:
How can I submit flow breaker ratings?
Answer:
In order for PJM to accept thermal ratings on a breaker device, the breaker must first be modeled as a flow breaker in the PJM network model. The member should submit a network model ticket via eDART to request a breaker to be modeled as a flow breaker. PJM will process this request and model the flow breaker in a model build. Once the new model is implemented in production, the member will be able to see and submit ratings in TERM for the flow breaker.
