Question:
When I submit a TERM lookup table ticket, is it automatically applied to the PJM EMS?

Answer:

No, when a TERM ticket is submitted, PJM staff checks the ticket for any errors and the percent changes. If the ticket has changes that are equal to or greater than 10 percent, PJM staff requests approval from the PJM reliability engineers.

Once the ticket is reviewed and approved, the ticket is implemented in the PJM EMS close to the start date and time. Note that the new ratings are not in the PJM EMS until the ticket is marked as implemented and has an actual start date populated in eDART.
