• For transformers: The ratings are applied to LOW side for the 2-winding transformers, and HIGH side of the primary winding for 3-winding transformers.
• For flow breakers: The ratings are applied to the MVA element.
• For tie lines: The ratings are applied to both END A and END B of the line. Each end owner of the company should submit ratings for their respective end of the line as modeled in the PJM network model.
