Are projects allocated cost proportionally to their impact?

Cost is allocated proportionally based on the megawatt impact, but only for projects that contribute beyond 100 percent facility loading and satisfy the cost allocation criteria. The criteria can be found in Manual 14A, Attachment B. In general, it’s difficult to estimate the share of the upgrade cost without knowing which queue project is the first to cause a need for the upgrade or the driver.
