Units that are withdrawn or deactivated are highlighted, because they were included in the case at the time your study was performed. We keep our case as up to date as we possibly can, but sometimes changes occur after the analysis is performed. You can always check pjm.com for the latest, but we highlight them in your report for your convenience. They will be removed in later studies.
