Can my project connect if the system upgrades in my report are not built yet?



Answer:

If your project comes into service prior to the completion of a system reinforcement, an interim deliverability study for your project will be required. If the interim deliverability study indicates that you need the system reinforcement to come into service, then the queue project must wait for that system reinforcement to go into service before they can connect. The queue project can work with PJM and the transmission owner to see if a reinforcement project can be advanced, but there will likely be advancement costs associated with this.
