Question:

I have questions about the study results in my report. What’s the best way to get information?

Answer:

Around the deadlines for Feasibility Study or System Impact Study reports, project managers and analysis engineers are focused on delivering reports to all customers on time. You may have already received your report, but staff may still be dedicated to completing reports for other customers up until the deadline. First, check the posted FAQs for information that may answer your questions, then contact your PJM project manager if needed. To ensure we can answer them most efficiently, please send an email to your project manager with your specific questions. Once all reports are completed, project managers will address your questions and contact you if further discussion is needed.
